Step 1: Align the brace with your knee, positioning the mesh fabric over the back of the knee.
Step 2: Secure the main straps of the brace first, ensuring a comfortable fit around your leg.
Step 3: Cross the V-shaped side straps over the front of the knee, adjusting the tightness according to personal preference.
Step 4: Make sure the straps do not restrict blood circulation and that the brace does not slip or feel overly tight when moving the knee. Proper fit is achieved when the brace stays in place comfortably.
★Check for comfort-ensure the range of motion of the knee is appropriate, and that the metal splints are positioned correctly to offer support without causing discomfort or pressure.
